Do I Need a Visa?

How to Request an Invitation Letter
- Register for the conference through our registration page.
- After completing your registration, a visa invitation letter will be automatically generated and available for download from your dashboard.
- The letter will include your name, registration details, conference dates, and venue information — all the information typically required by visa-issuing authorities.
What the Letter Includes
- ✓ Conference name, dates, and location
- ✓ Your full name and registration ID
- ✓ Your role (attendee, speaker, author, etc.)
- ✓ Official RLC letterhead and organizer signature
